Methods of Payment

Girls' Night Out Designs accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover. I also offer gift certificates - the perfect gift for any occasion!

I understand some customers are reluctant to use their credit card online, so for those customers I gladly accept personal checks and money orders. Payment by money order means your order is shipped according to usual shipping guidelines upon receipt of your money order. As with most businesses, personal checks are welcome, but I will wait for the check to clear my bank before shipping your order. In the event of a returned check, the customer is responsible for the amount of the original transaction, as well as reimbursement of any bank penalty fees.

Delivery & Shipping

Items at Girls' Night Out Designs are one-of-a-kind and are in stock and ready to ship. Credit card orders are shipped the next day unless otherwise noted. Money order and checks will be take longer to ship. Custom orders require more time, which we will discuss when the order is placed. Items are delivered via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery of your package (although it will probably get there sooner!). If you would like to place an international order, please e-mail me for a shipping quote.

Returns & Exchanges

I want you to be absolutely ecstatic with your Girls' Night Out Designs purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely happy, please contact me at info@girlsnightoutdesigns.com and I will arrange to exchange your purchase.
I will gladly exchange your gift for another similarly priced item at Girls' Night Out Designs or for a store credit within 15 days of receipt of your order. The shipping and handling charge is not refundable. Please contact me at info@girlsnightoutdesigns.com for information on how to return your purchase.
One important note: When choosing jewelry, please check the listed size to make sure the length is right for you.
