Almost Heaven
1 1/4 oz. Absolut Kurant
3/4 oz. Amaretto
3/4 oz. Chambord
1 splash Pineapple Juice
1 splash Cranberry Juice

Mix ingredients and serve over ice in a Collins glass.

Amaretto Sour
1 1/2 oz. Amaretto
1-2 splashes Sweet and Sour Mix

Pour the amaretto into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Add a splash or two of sweet and sour mix, and shake well. Strain or pour into an old-fashioned glass, garnish with a maraschino cherry and a slice of orange, and serve.

Appletini
2 oz. Sour Apple Schnapps
1 oz. Vodka
1 Dash of Sweet and Sour

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Atomic Watermelon
1 oz. Midori Melon Liqueur
1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Sweet and Sour Mix

Mix ingredients in a glass over ice and serve.

Aztec Gold
35 ml Tequila
15 ml Amaretto
15 ml Banana Liqueur
15 ml Galliano (Herbal Liqueur)

Add ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 12-15 seconds and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime on the rim. It's said you can see a star-shaped film on the surface of the drink, but you'll have to try it out for yourself!

Bermuda Bloom
1/2 oz. Apricot Brandy
1 oz. Gin
1 dash Triple Sec
1 oz. Lemon Juice
1 oz. Orange Juice
4 Ice Cubes
1 tsp. Sugar Syrup

Put ice into a cocktail shaker. Dash Triple Sec over the ice. Add in gin, lemon juice, orange juice and brandy. Pour in sugar syrup. Shake well and strain into a cold cocktail glass.

Blackberry Punch
1 oz. Rum
2 oz. Blackberry Liqueur
1 tsp. Powdered Sugar
2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

Pour the rum, blackberry liqueur, sugar and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes and garnish with a lemon wedge.

Black Fog
1 can Guinness Stout
1 shot Chambord Raspberry Liqueur

Pour the Chambord in to a mug of Guinness and swirl slightly to mix.

Black Magic
1 1/2 oz. vodka
3/4 oz. coffee liqueur
Lemon Juice

Mix ingredients with cracked ice in a shaker or blender. Pour into glass.

Black Widow
3/4 oz. Dark Rum
1/2 oz. Southern Comfort
1 oz. Sweet and Sour Mix

Shake with ice cubes and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Blue Glacier
3 oz. Vodka
1 splash Blue Curacao Liqueur

Add ingredients into a shaker half full of ice. Stir and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon and orange twist.

Blue Gumball
1 oz. Amaretto
1 oz. Banana Liqueur
1 oz. Blue Curacao
1 oz. Vodka
3 Tbsp. Lemonade Concentrate
4 oz. Water

Mix and shake with ice. Should taste just like a gumball!

Blue Hawaiian
1 oz. Light Rum
1 oz. Blue Curacao Liqueur
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Cream of Coconut
1 slice Pineapple
1 Cherry

Blend light rum, blue curacao, pineapple juice and cream of coconut with one cup of ice in an electric blender at high speed. Pour into a highball glass and decorate with a slice of pineapple and a cherry.

Blue Haze
1 liter Maui Blue Hawaiian Schnapps
1 liter Lemon Vodka
4 liters Lemon Lime Soda

Stir all of the ingredients together in a large punch bowl with a large block of ice.

Blue Margarita
1 1/2 oz. Tequila
1 oz. Blue Curacao liqueur
1 oz. Lime Juice
Coarse Salt

Rub rim of cocktail glass with lime juice. Dip rim in coarse salt. Shake tequila, blue curacao and lime juice with ice, then strain into glass and serve.

Blue Midnight
12 oz. chilled bottle Smirnoff Ice
2 oz. Captain Morgan Parrot Bay Coconut Rum
1 oz. Blue Curacao Liqueur

Pour all ingredients into a glass, stir well and serve.

Burning Cherry
1/3 oz. George Dickel Tennessee Sour Mash
1/3 oz. Jack Daniel’s Whiskey
1/3 oz. Jim Beam Bourbon Whiskey
Dash of Grenadine

Combine the George Dickel, Jack Daniels and Jim Beam into a 2 oz. shot glass. Splash in the grenadine. Give a quick stir with a straw and slam fast.

Candy Store
2 oz. Chambord Raspberry Liqueur
2 oz. Amaretto
1 oz. Creme de Noyaux
1 scoop Ice Cream

Add all ingredients to a blender with half a cup of crushed ice. Blend until smooth and pour into a highball glass.

Cement Mixer
1 jigger Bailey’s Irish cream
1 jigger Lime Juice

Hold one shot of Bailey’s in your mouth, and take ne shot of lime juice. Mix in your mouth by shaking your head vigorously, then swallow.

Champagne Cocktail
2 dashes Bitters
1 lump Sugar
Chilled Champagne
1 twist Lemon Peel

Place one lump of sugar with bitters in a chilled champagne flute. Fill with chilled champagne. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.

Cherried Cream Rum
1 1/2 oz. Light Rum
1/2 oz. Cherry Brandy
1/2 oz. Light Cream

Combine all of the ingredients in a shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass.

Chocolate Valentine
3/4 oz. Stoli Vanil Vodka
3/4 oz. Dark Creme de Cacao
1/2 oz. Cherry Juice
1 splash Cream
1 splash Soda Water

Shake with ice and strain into a shot glass.

1 1/2 oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream

Combine the two in a lowball glass and stir.

Forest Dream
1 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Creme De Menthe
2 oz. Lime Juice
1 oz. Pineapple Juice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake, then strain into a champagne glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Gin Blossom
2 cups Lemon-Lime Soda
1 oz. Gin
1 ½ oz. Peach Schnapps

Fill the glass about two-thirds full of the lemon-lime soda. Pour in the schnapps, then gin. Put ice in glass to cool.

Gin Daisy
2 oz. Gin
1 oz. Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Grenadine
1 Maraschino Cherry
1 slice Orange

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin, lemon juice, sugar, and grenadine. Shake well. Pour into an old-fashioned glass and garnish with the cherry and orange slice.

Ginger Scotch
2 oz. Scotch
4 oz. Ginger Ale

Fill a highball glass almost full with ice cubes. Pour scotch and ginger ale into the glass. Stir well, garnish with a lime wedge and serve.

Gold Emerald Shooter
1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Cinnamon Schnapps
1/2 oz. Melon Liqueur

Pour ingredients into a stainless steel shaker over ice. Shake until completely cold. Strain into an old-fashioned glass and serve.

Golden Apple
1/2 oz. Goldschlager Cinnamon Schnapps
1 oz. Sour Apple Pucker Schnapps

Mix the two ingredients and pour into a shot glass.

Golden Daze
1 1/2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Peach Brandy
1 oz. Orange Juice

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass and serve.

Golden Glow Punch (non-alcoholic)
6 oz. Orange Juice Concentrate
6 oz. Lemonade Concentrate
1 qt. Chilled Apple Juice
2 qt. Chilled Ginger Ale
1 pint Lemon Sherbet
1 pint Ice

Pour the concentrate and the apple juice into a punch bowl. Stir in the ginger ale. Spoon in sherbet and serve immediately.

Golden Sunset
1 1/4 oz. White Creme De Cacao
1 1/4 oz. Cointreau Orange Liqueur
1 1/4 oz. Double Cream
3/4 oz. Orange Juice
1 tsp. Galliano Herbal Liqueur

Shake all ingredients, then strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange slice.

Granny Apple Blossom
1 1/2 oz. Apple Schnapps
1 1/2 oz. Tequila
1/4 oz. Daiquiri Mix
Fill with 7-Up
Ice Cubes

Mix apple schnapps, tequila and daiquiri mix in a glass filled with ice. Fill to the top with 7-Up.

Grape Crush
1/3 oz. Vodka
1/3 oz. Chambord Raspberry Liqueur
1/3 oz. Sweet and Sour Mix

Add ingredients to a small shaker with ice. Stir and strain into a shot glass.

Harvest Moon
2 oz. Tequila
1 oz. Triple Sec
3 oz. Orange Juice
3 oz. Pineapple Juice
2 tsp. Grenadine

Pour the first four ingredients over ice into a Collins glass. Slowly add grenadine as you stir.

High Voltage
1 part Lime Juice
3 parts Peach Schnapps
6 parts Tequila

Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Hot Damn Shooter
1/2 oz. Whiskey
1 oz. Rum
1 oz. Vodka
2 oz. Orange Juice

Shake all ingredients adding orange juice to taste. Serve in a shot glass.

Fill with Iced Tea

1 oz. Lemon Vodka
1 oz. DeKuyper Island Blue Pucker Schnapps
1 splash Lime Juice
1 splash Grenadine

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake, then strain into a chilled martini glass.

1 part White Rum
2 parts Midori
2 parts Cream of Coconut
4 parts Pineapple Juice

Blend all the ingredients together and serve in a hurricane glass with a straw.

Moon Drops
1 oz. Sweet Sherry
4 oz. Cold Lager

Pour ingredients into a wine glass and serve with two melon balls.

Oasis
60 ml. Melon Vodka
40 ml. Malibu Coconut Rum
30 ml. Pisang Ambon Liqueur
70 ml. Lemon Juice
1 splash Cream

Shake well and serve over ice.

Orange Blossom
2 oz. Gin
1 oz. Orange Juice
1 tsp. Superfine Sugar

Combine ingredients in a shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange slice.

Peppermint Twist
1 ½ oz. Peppermint Schnapps
½ oz. Crème de Cacao (White)
3 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream

Blend and pour into a large parfait glass. Garnish with a mint sprig and a peppermint candy stick. Serve with a straw.

Pink Cream Fizz
2 oz. Gin
1 oz. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Superfine Sugar
1 oz. Light Cream
1 tsp. Grenadine
4 oz. Club Soda

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin, lemon juice, sugar, cream and grenadine. Shake well. Strain into a Collins glass almost filled with ice cubes. Add the club soda and stir well.

Pink Lady
1 1/2 oz. Gin
1 tsp. Grenadine
1 tsp. Light Cream
1 Egg White

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass and serve.

Plum Liqueur*
2 lbs. Plums
2 cups Granulated Sugar
2 cups Vodka
1/2 cup Brandy

*Please note that this is more of a long-term venture!!
Wash the plums and pat dry. Cut in half or smaller and pit. Place them in an aging container, pour sugar over them and stir. Add vodka and brandy, stirring to partly dissolve sugar. Cap the container and place in a cool, dark place for two months, stirring occasionally.
Place a strainer over a large bowl and strain liqueur. Press the liquid from the plums with the back of a wooden spoon and discard plum pulp. Re-strain the liqueur through cloth until clear and bottle as desired. The Plum liqueur is ready for drinking or cooking, but for best results, let it age another month, if you can wait that long!

P.S. I Love You
1/2 shot Bailey’s Irish Cream
1/2 shot Grand Marnier
1 splash White Creme de Menthe
Nutmeg
About 75 ml Cream, single
Ice

Mix the Bailey’s, Grand Marnier and single cream together with some ice in a shaker. Shake thoroughly and pour into a cocktail glass. Pour the splash of White Crème de Menthe through the mixture to the bottom of the glass. Shake some nutmeg over the top of the cocktail.

Purple Love
1 oz. Blue Curacao
1 oz. Whipped Cream
1/2 oz. Chambord Raspberry Liqueur
1/2 oz. White Rum
1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
2 oz. Sprite
2 dashes Grenadine
Ice

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake well for about 25 seconds. Strain into a high-ball glass. Garnish with chocolate shavings.

Purple Passion
1 1/4 oz. Vodka
3/4 oz. Triple Sec
1 splash Grape Juice
1 splash Cranberry Juice

Shake and strain into a shot glass.

Raspberry Truffle
1 1/2 oz. Kahlua Coffee Liqueur
1 oz. Creme de Cacao
1 oz. Vodka
1 1/2 oz. Chambord Raspberry Liqueur
Milk

Pour vodka and liqueurs into a cocktail glass. Fill with milk and serve.

Red Wine Punch
2 parts Red Wine
1 part Soda Water
3 Tbsp. Powdered Sugar
Oranges

Mix sugar with red wine in a punch bowl and stir well. Add the soda, plenty of ice and drop in a few orange slices. Serve immediately.

Rock Star
1 1/2 oz. Cinnamon Schnapps
1 1/2 oz. Sloe Gin
1 1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1 1/2 oz. Jagermeister

Pour all ingredients into a glass. Float Bacardi 151 on top. Light it, blow out the flame and shoot. Congratulations – you’re a ROCK STAR!

Rosita
1 oz. Tequila
1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth
1/2 oz. Sweet Vermouth
1 oz. Bitters

Stir all ingredients in a glass with ice. Add a twist of lemon peel and serve.

Scarlet Fever
13 oz. White Rum
13 oz. Vodka
7 oz. Gin
6 oz. Cranberry Juice

Mix together and shake. Pour into a draft glass. Add some ice and garnish with a lemon wheel.

Scotch Highball
2 oz. Scotch
Carbonated Water
1 twist Lemon Peel

Pour scotch into a highball glass over ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water. Garnish with lemon peel and serve.

Secret Blue
45 ml. Vodka
20 ml. Lime Juice
1 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Soda (7-Up, Sprite)
15 ml. Blue Curacao Liqueur
1 tsp. Green Creme de Menthe

Shake vodka, lime and sugar with shaker. Add soda. Pour into pilsner glass with ice. Drop curacao and creme de menthe in and decorate with a lime slice and a cherry.

Secret Place
1 1/2 oz. Dark Rum
1/2 oz. Cherry Brandy
2 tsp. Dark Creme De Cacao
4 oz. Cold Coffee
Crushed Ice

Pour all of the ingredients into a glass filled with crushed ice. Stir well and serve.

Seduction on the Rocks
1/2 oz. Butterscotch Schnapps
1 oz. Orange Juice
1/2 oz. Lemon-Lime Soda

Pour schnapps and orange juice into a glass; then add lemon-lime soda. Add one to two ice cubes before serving.

Shady Lady
1 oz. Tequila
1 oz. Melon Liqueur
4 oz. Grapefruit Juice

Combine ingredients in a highball glass over ice. Garnish with a lime and a cherry.

Sherbert Delight
2 oz. Absolut Mandrin Vodka
2 oz. Spiced Rum
1 oz. Gin
5 oz. Orange Juice
2 dashes Grenadine

Combine all of the ingredients – starting with the orange juice – in a highball glass and serve.

Sparkling Strawberry Mimosa
2 oz. Frozen Sliced Strawberries in Syrup, partially thawed
2 oz. Orange Juice
4 oz. Chilled Champagne

Combine sliced berries and juice in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour over ice into a parfait glass. Fill with champagne and garnish with a whole strawberry and an orange slice.

Spiced Peach Punch (non-alcoholic)
46 oz. Peach Nectar
20 oz. Orange Juice
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
3 3-inch Cinnamon Sticks
1/2 tsp. Cloves
2 tsp. Lime Juice

Combine peach nectar, orange juice and brown sugar in a large saucepan. Tie cinammon and cloves in a small cheesecloth bag. Drop into saucepan. Heat slowly, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves. Simmer 10 minutes. Stir in lime juice and serve in hot mugs.

Summer Sunset
2 oz. White Rum (or Dry Gin)
1/2 glass Fruit Punch
1/2 glass Ginger Ale
Ice

Put ice cubes in the Collins glass and pour in the rum. Fill the rest of the glass with fruit punch and ginger ale.

Supernova
1 ½ oz. Light Rum
2 tsp. Sweet Vermouth
3/4 oz. Apple Brandy

Fill a shaker half full with ice cubes. Pour all ingredients into shaker and shake well. Strain drink into a cocktail glass and serve.

Tahitian Tea
1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Rum
1/2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Orange Liqueur
3 oz. Orange Juice
3 oz. Cranberry Juice

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the liquors. Fill with 3 oz. of each juice. Shake and serve.

Tango Cocktail
1/2 oz. Sweet Vermouth
1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth
1 oz. Gin
1/2 tsp. Triple Sec
1 Tbsp. Orange Juice

Shake all ingredients together with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass and serve.

Tattooed Love Goddess
1 oz. Absolut Vodka
1 oz. Vanilla Schnapps
1 1/2 oz. Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
Fill with Half-and-Half

Fill a glass with ice. Add all of the liqueurs, top off with cream and shake well.

The Party Girl
2 parts Cranberry Juice
1 part Chambord
1 part Absolut Kurant Vodka

Mix all ingredients in a shaker. Serve over ice and garnish with a lime wedge.
